InjuryClaimGuide is a paid advertising channel for personal injury firms. A user completes a short intake on our site; we forward the packet to participating firms that match their geography, case type, and your stated capacity. You run your own intake and decide whether to engage the person.

Economics

Flat per-lead fee, tiered automatically by intake responses. The same fee whether you sign the lead or not.
No subscription, no monthly minimum, no exclusivity, no contract lock-in. Pause or cancel any month.
No signup bonus. No success fee. No percentage of fees. Ever.
Weekly invoice, Net 15, ACH or check.
Your only reporting back to us is what you'd like more (or less) of, never whether a lead signed.

What ICG is

A for-profit legal advertising service. Users come to our site via search, social, and content. They complete a short intake, see your firm name above the consent block before agreeing, accept the site terms, and check one required contact-consent box for the named firms. The packet is forwarded only after the user verifies their email address. Matching is wholly automated based on (a) the user's county, (b) the case type, (c) the firm's selected geography and practice areas, and (d) the firm's current capacity. We do not pick which firms receive a lead.

What ICG is not

Not a law firm and not your co-counsel; we do not represent users.
Not a recommender, ranker, or endorser of attorneys; matching is rules-based and disclosed.
Not a holder of any client funds.
Not a party to any attorney-client relationship between you and the user.
Not paid on whether you sign the client; pricing is per lead delivered under our published terms.

How does pricing work?

Tiered flat per-lead fees set automatically by intake responses, invoiced when the packet is delivered. No subscription, minimum, exclusivity, or long-term lock-in. Have your counsel review the economics against your state advertising and fee rules.

How are firms matched?

Software matches on geography, practice area, language, and your capacity settings. We do not manually pick firms.

What compliance pieces should we expect?

We use a named-firm consent flow, separate marketing consent where applicable, and a firm agreement that covers outreach, suppression duties, and firm-side compliance obligations. You remain responsible for your own bar compliance, filings, and TCPA obligations for texts.

How onboarding works

Two things we ask: (1) a signed ICG Firm Agreement (two pages, month-to-month, no minimums, state bar good-standing warranty); (2) practice-area and geography selections plus a capacity flag. We onboard firms in 24 to 48 hours after we have a signed agreement.
